You agree that you will immediately notify Astrostrom  of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your name or other account information, password or credit card information.

Pseudonyms

You may use a pseudonym to post feedback at www.astrostom.eu or to submit comments to Astrostrom but your real name must be made known to Astrostrom.

True Identity

In the event any entity requests a direct response from Astrostrom team, true identity including a legitimate physical address and a direct telephone number must be submitted before any such response will be generated. Astrostrom reserves the right to verify such information before responding.

Affiliations/Activities

Astrostrom will never knowingly directly communicate with any individual or entity affiliated with any criminal and/or terrorist organization or involved in illegal activities. Anyone who requests a direct response from Astrostrom’s team is required to disclaim his/her participation in any such activity or organization before a response will be provided. By applying for Affiliation or by Subscribing to our newsletter, you are affirmatively representing that you are not engaged in any criminal or otherwise illegal activity.
